DSM-H Consulting seeks a Product Owner for Sales Order Management to support delivery and enhancements of digital solutions across Sales Order Management, Dealer Ordering, and related enterprise platforms. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and coordinate with IT, stakeholders, and end users to enable successful delivery.
This contract role emphasizes backlog management, requirements definition, testing coordination, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement
Qualificações
- 5+ years in Product Ownership or related delivery fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IS, SCM, engineering, or related field.
- Internships accepted if relevant.
Responsabilidades
- Manage backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and tech teams.
- Collaborate with dev, architects, BAs, and QA throughout the lifecycle.
- Coordinate UAT, defects, and business validation.
- Support release planning, deployments, and training readiness.
- Monitor enhancements, issues, risks, and delivery commitments.
