Job summary

Equiti is seeking a results-driven Senior Salesforce Product Manager to own the platform and product roadmap. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, Language Operations, Customer Care, and Experience teams to design scalable processes, data models, and integrations that enable the business to scale.

You’ll lead hands-on Salesforce administration, drive adoption, ensure data quality, and balance speed with governance while aligning platform decisions to commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration and solutioning skills across functions.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and define Salesforce solutions across process, data, and tech.
• Own access control, data security, and PHI handling with IT teams.
• Build and test configurations, flows, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Drive adoption with training and enablement across functions.
