Enzo Tech Group is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner for a long-term contract-to-hire role in the Minneapolis, MN area. You will collaborate with business and technical leadership to improve delivery, DevOps, testing, and test automation maturity, leading Scrum ceremonies and refining epics into actionable user stories.

You’ll work in an agile environment with a focus on DevOps, QA, and continuous improvement, with a clear path to increasing responsibility over the next 9–12 months.

Ability to break down epics into user stories and tasks.
Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and developers.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Break down epics into clear user stories and tasks.
Act as the link between business stakeholders and development team.
Clarify requirements and answer developer questions to remove ambiguity.
Ensure QA sign-off and release readiness.
Contribute to DevOps, testing, and test automation improvements.
Drive ongoing delivery process improvements with leadership.
