Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce engineers and admins to foster growth and high performance.
• Remove roadblocks, clarify decisions, and refine delivery processes.
• Align investments with company priorities through strategic roadmapping.
• Oversee planning, estimation, and prioritization for speed-to-market and architecture health.
• Ensure design reviews, release readiness, and incident retrospectives.
