We are working with a leading US manufacturing organisation and are looking to bring in a Senior/lead Salesforce Developer on a long-term basis, who can write production code AND operate as a technical leader within the team.

This isn't just a traditional Salesforce Developer position.

You’ll be trusted to lead and influence key initiatives including:

• Own technical solutions
• Write the code themselves
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams
• Influence architecture
• Develop into a Tech Lead

The environment includes:

• Apex or strong Salesforce-related OOP
• HTML/CSS
• APIs/integrations

There's also a genuine progression opportunity here. The team is expected to grow, and they're looking for someone who could potentially take on increasing responsibility within the organisation over the next 9-12 months.

This is a long-term contract - hire opportunity for professionals local to the Minneapolis, Minnesota area, with a flexible hybrid setup of 2 days onsite.
