Job summary

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals, manage the product backlog, and prioritize enhancements based on customer feedback and data insights.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud.
• Experience with APIs and middleware, preferably MuleSoft.
• Good understanding of workflows, flows, and automation.
