Qualifications

• 5-7 years in business systems analysis, business process ownership, or a related operations role.
• Salesforce-specific functional experience strongly preferred (power user, business analyst, or process owner).
• Experience in a shared-platform or shared-services model where system administration sits outside your direct control.
• Media or advertising agency experience is a plus, especially client/account management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and document agency business processes performed in Salesforce; maintain data entry standards and usage guidelines.
• Serve as Salesforce Champion for business users; triage issues, gather enhancements, and prioritize requests.
• Liaise with Central Salesforce Support; translate needs, track requests to resolution, and manage urgency.
• Validate delivered enhancements solve the original problem; maintain agency-specific Salesforce configurations and processes.
