Product Manager Salesforce (Media Cloud)

Oxford Solutions is working with our retail brand client looking to fill a remote role for a Product Manager with hands-on Salesforce Media Cloud experience to help shape and evolve the tools supporting a growing retail media network. If you're strategic, organized, and can jump in fast to translate business needs into real Salesforce solutions, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

1. Lead product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Media Cloud
2. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Finance to define needs and set priorities
3. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and features
4. Partner with Salesforce admins, developers, and vendors to build and deliver enhancements
5. Drive user adoption and continuously improve the platform
6. Stay on top of new Media Cloud features and make recommendations for adoption

What You Bring

1. 3+ years in Product Management, ideally with SaaS or enterprise tools
2. 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Media Cloud knowledge required)
3. Experience working in or supporting retail media teams
4. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and how to align it to business workflows
5. Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder collaboration
6. Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
