Job summary

PACCAR Financial seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support and enhance our Salesforce platform. You will govern security, automate processes with Flow, and build scalable solutions using Apex and Omnistudio.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into reliable Salesforce capabilities, while delivering insights through dashboards and reports. The role emphasizes governance, data integrity, and end-user enablement, with opportunities to lead complex

Qualifications

7+ years IT experience with Salesforce administration and development.
Experience delivering secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of security, user access, profiles, roles, and governance.
Hands-on Salesforce Flow automation design and implementation.
Experience with Apex, triggers, integrations, and asynchronous processing.
Experience building Omnistudio solutions (Omniscripts/Data Mappers/Procedures).
Strong reporting and dashboards for actionable insights.
Experience supporting Salesforce releases, upgrades, integrations.

Responsibilities

Administer and govern Salesforce ensuring security, data integrity, and scalable access.
Design and maintain Flow automation to streamline processes and service delivery.
Develop Salesforce functionality using Apex, triggers and integrations.
Create Omnistudio solutions to improve digital experiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure solutions.
Provide design guidance, technical leadership, and documentation.
Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, and integrations.
Manage data, security, roles, profiles, and migrations.
Develop reports and dashboards for operational visibility and decision making.
Drive platform adoption via user training and support.
