Qualifications

• Proven experience leading delivery for Salesforce engagements.
• Experience growing a Salesforce practice at a small/mid-size firm.
• Strong pre-sales, solutioning, and pitch capabilities.
• Ability to hire, coach, and manage a mixed delivery team.
• Executive presence to engage with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery quality across all Salesforce engagements, ensuring projects stay on track and clients are satisfied.
• Lead, mentor, and hire for the Salesforce team (consultants, architects, analysts, not just engineers).
• Address client escalations and delivery issues and drive them to resolution.
• Partner with the CEO on pursuits: solutioning, scoping, estimates, and pitches.
• Help shape the practice's offerings, methodology, and growth plan.
• Maintain a senior Salesforce voice with key accounts and stay client-facing.
