Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer in Houston to lead complex platform customization, integrations, and data engineering. The role emphasizes enterprise-scale delivery, governance, and AI‑augmented development practices.

You will own end‑to‑end feature delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while driving DevOps, data migration, and regulatory compliance in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience with production‑grade solutions.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events and governor limits.
• Proven experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Hands‑on experience with data migration projects (ETL/ELT) and data validation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines and sandbox management.
• Active daily use of Generative AI/Agentic AI tools in software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Build scalable, well‑documented code aligned with best practices and governance.
• Develop integrations with MuleSoft, SAP, Documentum, Excalibur and other systems.
• Support DevOps practices including DX, Git branching, CI/CD, and sandbox management across multi‑orgs.
• Leverage Generative AI/Agentic AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with architecture reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
