Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce platform for the organization and be the primary internal contact for business teams, IT, and the partner.
- Review designs, user stories, and release plans to ensure standard Salesforce features are used.
- Identify technical debt and over-customization and propose remediation.
- Lead AI use-case identification for dealer support and customer service.
- Monitor AI and Data Cloud usage with ROI metrics.
- Establish governance for responsible AI, testing, guardrails, and handoff protocols.
- Coordinate with the system integrator and ensure timely delivery within SDLC and Agile cadence.
- Map current to future service processes and translate into well-defined user stories.
- Perform hands-on Salesforce administration and maintain data quality across key entities.
