• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least four years Salesforce administration experience with active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience building flows, reports, dashboards, and security controls.
• Experience supporting production users, deployments, integrations, and requirements gathering.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills; US citizens or GC required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee configuration, administration, security, access, and upkeep of Salesforce and connected business apps.
• Investigate user concerns and resolve platform issues; coordinate vendor escalations when needed.
• Analyze business needs and translate into scalable solutions, requirements, and process maps.
• Coordinate testing, validation, releases, and changes with stakeholders and project teams.
• Maintain user guides and training materials and prioritize enhancements for ops effectiveness.
