Job summary
Optimal Staffing seeks a Salesforce Platform Owner to own architecture, governance and ROI for OEM dealer and customer service operations. You will align with IT, OEM teams, and implementation partners to deliver measurable value.
The role requires 5+ years in Salesforce, strong Service Cloud and Automotive Cloud experience, and expertise in Agentforce, AI, and Data Cloud. Hybrid onsite role in Dearborn, relocation at candidates' expense may be required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with platform ownership or CSM/TA management.
- Deep Service Cloud, Field Service and Automotive Cloud exposure preferred.
- Hands-on with Agentforce, AI and Data Cloud concepts.
- Experience in OEM-dealer relationships and aftersales service desirable.
- Experience holding a third-party partner accountable in large programs.
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce architecture, data model, security and environments.
- Govern designs and ensure builds use built-in features first.
- Manage partner delivery, timelines, budget and SDLC rigor.
- Lead discovery with dealer operations and service teams.
- Rank and manage product backlog by business value.
