Job summary

Protegrity is seeking a Manager, Salesforce Platform to lead strategy, governance, and evolution of our Salesforce-powered commercial operations. You’ll oversee security, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize customer experiences.

The role blends hands-on development with people leadership and platform modernization to deliver intelligent, secure, and scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated apps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce platform solutions (Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations).
• 2+ years leading or managing technical team members while remaining engaged in architecture and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience; Salesforce expertise welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operation of the Salesforce platform.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and platform automation.
• Own the Salesforce development lifecycle: architecture, standards, source control, deployments, environment management.
