Job summary

NetBrain is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of Salesforce Platform Strategy and Delivery to lead the operating model, roadmap, governance, and day-to-day delivery of its Salesforce platform. The director will work directly in intake, triage, requirements, solution design, backlog management, QA, user acceptance testing, releases, deployments, documentation, and production support.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading and hands-on work in mature Salesforce environments.
• Ownership of a Salesforce roadmap, backlog, release process, or platform operating model.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Salesforce platform administration.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with intake, prioritization, QA, UAT, release management, and deployments.
• Ability to work across configuration, Flow, data, security, integrations, and technical design.
• Apex literacy to review solutions and assess risk.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce platform roadmap and intake/tracking process.
• Lead platform strategy, triage, backlog management, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with admins, developers, and stakeholders on delivery.
• Oversee QA, UAT, releases, deployments, and post-release validation.
• Guide architecture decisions and governance for platform changes.
