Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Salesforce Platform Security Architect who specializes in security implementation. You will bridge security requirements with the Salesforce platform, architecting controls that keep data secure without sacrificing performance.

Working with developers and admins, you will configure Sharing, Shield Encryption, SSO/OAuth, and Identity flows, translating Least Privilege into concrete configurations, and guiding secure development across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Salesforce security architecture or related roles.
• Proven ability to implement Shield Encryption, Event Monitoring, MFA.
• Strong knowledge of Sharing & Visibility, Apex Managed Sharing.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and secure SDLC practices.
• Certifications: Salesforce System Architect / Sharing and Visibility Architect / Identity and Access Management Architect (or in progress).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls in Salesforce org.
• Configure and manage Sharing, OWD, Field Level Security.
• Lead Shield encryption deployment and Identity flows.
• Audit and enforce least privilege across apps.
• Collaborate with developers and admins to ensure secure deployments.
