Job summary

LINQ, a high-growth software company, seeks a Business Platforms Manager to lead our Salesforce team and oversee architecture, development, and operations across Salesforce and integrated platforms. You’ll drive secure, scalable solutions and coach a blended team across time zones.

You will own platform security, data integrity, and release management, while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Contracts, and Finance to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience across architecture, development, and operations.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership managing Salesforce admins, developers, or engineers.
• Proven ability to lead multi-cloud integrations and platform security.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the Salesforce administrators, developers, engineers, and platform specialists.
• Set clear goals, SLAs, and quality standards for the team and vendors.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Salesforce and connected platforms; own health, data integrity, and incident management.
• Deliver architecture and solutions behind Business Platform technologies supporting marketing, sales, contracts, and accounting.
• Lead Salesforce development, stay hands-on with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and APIs, enforce coding standards.
• Architect, build, and oversee integrations between Salesforce and other platforms, ERP, and data platforms.
