Qualifications

• 5+ years in Salesforce administration or platform ownership.
• Experience owning a Salesforce platform within a growing organization.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and governance.
• Experience designing flows, integrations, and scalable platform solutions.
• Ability to build roadmaps, prioritize work, and measure impact.
• Experience collaborating with partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
• Steward the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, integrations, and reporting.
• Redesign data model, objects, relationships, and metadata for scale.
• Modernize workflows, automations, and business processes to boost efficiency.
• Establish platform governance, release management, and documentation standards.
• Define health/adoption metrics and data quality standards.
• Drive AI-readiness through data quality, standardization, and integrations.
• Ensure secure, compliant security model with roles and permissions.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate strategy into platform capabilities.
• Manage relationships with Salesforce partners and vendors.
