Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce platform end to end, establishing and maintaining its architecture, data models, security configurations, governance standards and long‑term technical roadmap to support commercial priorities.
• Lead hands‑on Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and integrations, ensuring solutions meet performance and usability standards.
• Build and manage an AI‑assisted development practice that improves delivery efficiency while maintaining quality, security, and reliability.
• Own Salesforce DevOps and release management processes, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategy, deployment procedures, testing, and production change management.
• Monitor platform performance and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving flow errors, automation conflicts, Apex limitations, and integration issues.
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of Salesforce applications and workflows using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and Sales Enablement to understand business processes and develop solutions that improve productivity and data quality.
• Oversee integration and optimization of Salesforce with enablement, ticketing, marketing, data warehouse, and partner technologies, coordinating with IT and enterprise data teams.
