Job summary
Synechron is seeking a Lead Salesforce Architect in New Jersey to own the architecture of the Salesforce platform and lead the team that builds on it. You will set architectural direction, define standards, and ensure scalable design across business units.
This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the VP of IT & CISO. You will guide migrations, integrations, and governance, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to translate strategy into a platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce platform experience including architecture/lead design.
- Minimum of 2 years leading a team with direct reports.
- Experience migrating acquisitions or new units to Salesforce.
- Hands-on with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Own architecture and delivery of migration to Revenue Cloud.
- Own multi-year Salesforce platform roadmap and investments.
- Make build-versus-buy/configure recommendations with AppExchange.
- Own integrations and data architecture across systems.
- Lead architectural onboarding of acquisitions onto the platform.
- Enforce architectural standards and governance.
- Review solution designs before build and manage technical debt backlog.
- Own release and DevOps strategy, including pipelines.
- Translate roadmap into business plan; advise on cost and risk.
- Partner with Information Security on platform security architecture.
