Job summary

Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment seeks an experienced Salesforce Platform Owner to lead architecture, hands-on development, and technical management of the Salesforce platform and connected commercial technologies. You will ensure intuitive, reliable, scalable systems to improve productivity, support revenue generation, and enable data‑driven decisions.

The role reports to the Head of Sales Enablement & Analytics and serves as the primary technical owner of Salesforce, guiding development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, information systems, or related field.
5+ years Salesforce experience in architect/lead role.
Proven ability to design complex Salesforce data models.
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own Salesforce platform end to end, architecture, data models, security, governance, and roadmap.
Lead hands-on development using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, and integrations.
Build an AI-assisted development practice to improve delivery efficiency.
Own DevOps and release management, including CI/CD, sandbox strategy, and deployments.
Monitor performance and resolve platform issues; ensure reliability and scalability.
Design and improve Salesforce apps and workflows with Lightning App Builder and related UI best practices.
Collaborate with commercial teams to optimize processes and data quality for revenue.
Integrate Salesforce with enablement, ticketing, data warehouse, and partner tech.
Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and AI-driven tools for innovation and efficiency.
Maintain documentation, standards, and governance for operational continuity.
Provide leadership to internal and external developers, ensuring quality and security.
