Helzberg Diamonds Shops, Inc. is seeking a Director of Salesforce Architecture to own the end-to-end architecture, integration, and governance of its Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Tableau.

This role requires deep Salesforce platform expertise paired with strong systems thinking and architectural leadership to create a cohesive, scalable, and secure customer engagement platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience designing and governing multi-cloud Salesforce architectures.
• Hands-on with Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, identity resolution, and data synchronization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical vision for Salesforce across Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Tableau.
• Define and maintain cross‑cloud data models, identity strategy, and integration patterns.
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across Salesforce implementations.
• Partner with IT leadership to shape the Salesforce roadmap in alignment with business strategies.
• Design and govern integrations between Salesforce clouds and surrounding systems.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to align Salesforce Data Cloud with data platforms.
• Provide architectural oversight and design review for Salesforce initiatives and enhancements.
• Guide internal teams and partners on solution design and tradeoffs; ensure security, scalability, and compliance.
• Support platform upgrades, new feature adoption, and cloud expansion efforts.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders across Customer Service, Marketing, E‑Commerce, and Operations.
