Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation seeks a Sr. Manager, Salesforce Architect to lead strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce platforms, aligning business needs with technical solutions.

You will manage a team of developers and admins, govern data architecture, and drive scalable CRM that supports Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related tools to fuel Envista’s growth.

Based in Irvine, CA, relocation from Brea is expected; onsite presence required four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT/CRM roles focused on Salesforce.
• Experience leading CRM initiatives and teams; hands-on Salesforce administration or development.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem – Sales Cloud; familiarity with Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
• Strong skills in Salesforce configuration, customization (Flows, Apex, Lightning), and integration methods (APIs, Mulesoft).
• Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap for Envista, establishing enterprise-wide standards and governance.
• Own the Salesforce product vision (Sales Cloud and related tools) and ensure enhancements drive value.
• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Mentor and grow a team of Salesforce admins and developers, including external partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service to prioritize and deliver CRM projects.
• Establish governance, release management, and user adoption programs.
