Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Salesforce Architect to lead strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce platforms.

You will manage teams of developers and admins, oversee data architecture and stakeholder engagement, and advance governance to support Envista’s global CRM initiatives. The role oversees Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related CRM technologies, driving platform vision, high adoption, and scalable CRM solutions across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of IT/CRM experience with Salesforce focus.
• Proven CRM leadership and hands-on Salesforce exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related tools.
• Experience with integration, APIs, and data governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year Salesforce strategy and roadmap aligning with business objectives.
• Own the Salesforce product vision across Sales Cloud and related tools.
• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce operations for high availability, performance, and security.
• Lead and mentor Salesforce admins/developers and external partners.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and roadmaps.
• Manage agile delivery of CRM projects with cross-functional partners.
• Establish governance, security models, release processes, and QA standards.
• Drive user adoption, training, and ongoing support for CRM initiatives.
