Job summary

KIPP NYC is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform across Student Recruitment, Enrollment, Marketing, and Advancement. You will partner with teams to ensure reliable data, scalable processes, and strong system governance.

The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule based in Midtown Manhattan, with travel to Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan campuses as needed. A collaborative, service-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Salesforce system administration experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM processes in recruitment, enrollment, marketing, or advancement.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce platform, ensuring stability and reliability.
• Manage users, permissions, profiles, and configurations.
• Build reports, dashboards, and automated processes to aid decision-making.
• Monitor data quality, adoption, and platform health.
• Document configurations and support scalable enhancements.
• Gather requirements and partner with stakeholders to implement Salesforce solutions.
