Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is seeking a Salesforce and Email Marketing Specialist in a hybrid role supporting the DC/Chicago/New York offices. You will manage the Salesforce CRM, deploy email campaigns in Vuture, and help the marketing team with dashboards, segmentation, and performance measurement.

Required: 3+ years as a Salesforce Admin or Consultant, Salesforce Admin certificate, and experience with marketing automation platforms such as Vuture, Marketing Cloud, Pardot or HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years as Salesforce Administrator or Consultant.
• Salesforce Administrator certificate required.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Vuture, Marketing Cloud, Pardot or HubSpot).
• Experience building automation with Salesforce Flow.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for operations improvements.
• Experience leading data quality initiatives and governance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Dependable team player who can work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce platform including core objects, fields, validations, layouts and permissions.
• Create screen flows and process automations to streamline data entry and approvals.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards for visibility across teams.
• Ensure data integrity through audits and hygiene standards.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Champion CRM best practices Firmwide and promote consistent data entry.
• Support onboarding and develop training materials (written and video).
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and relevant AppExchange tools.
