Job summary

TEKsystems in New York, NY is seeking a hands-on Salesforce professional to support and enhance a complex Salesforce environment. The role combines strong administration with development knowledge including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce, plus Pardot administration across Engagement Studio, lead scoring, dynamic lists, and forms.

The position involves ownership of day-to-day platform health, Pardot/MCAE management, production support, and participation in ongoing Salesforce transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong Salesforce administration (security, permissions, flows, reporting, data management).
• Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Pardot administration including Engagement Studio, Automation Rules, Lead Scoring & Grading, Dynamic Lists & Segmentation, Forms and Lead Capture.
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and API-based systems.
• Experience with Salesforce migrations, rebuilds, or major platform enhancements.

We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce professional who combines strong administration skills with enough development experience to support and enhance a complex Salesforce environment.

Must Have

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience

Description

Own the day-to-day operational health of the Salesforce platform, including incident management, releases, enhancements, production support, and user requests across global teams.

Serve as the technical owner for Salesforce and Marketing Cloud environments, ensuring system reliability, data quality, governance, and platform scalability.

Support the organization's Salesforce modernization initiative through data migration, integration cutovers, testing, configuration, and validation of third‑party partner deliverables.

Manage member‑facing financial processes including invoicing, participant lifecycle management, billing workflows, and multi‑currency operations.

Partner with marketing, communications, events, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions, user training, reporting, and platform enhancements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
