LevelUp is seeking an Order Processing Tech Support Specialist to join our support team. You’ll be the first line of contact for the sales team when issues arise in Salesforce, handling day-to-day order troubleshooting and blocking errors.

You will identify validation errors, misconfigurations, and incorrect field values, reproduce issues, document resolutions, and contribute to our knowledge base so recurring problems are resolved faster.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (opportunities, accounts, quotes, orders, pipeline).
• 2-3 years of technical customer support experience via live chat (Slack, Zendesk, etc.).
• Proven problem-solving skills troubleshooting order processing issues such as validation errors.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for the sales team in troubleshooting order issues in Salesforce, via Slack and Zendesk.
• Identify blockers to orders or opportunities and advise users on resolution.
• Reproduce and isolate issues affecting order processing and escalate when needed.
• Document resolutions and update the internal knowledge base to speed up future fixes.
