Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Application Support Engineer II to join our Technology Talent Incubator Program in Atlanta. You will lead complex issue resolution, perform advanced data analysis, and implement fixes to enhance stability across enterprise platforms.

Development experience in C#, .NET, and Salesforce (Apex, Lightning) is required. You will work with cross-functional teams, own issues end-to-end, and contribute to knowledge base improvements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
Two (2) to Four (4) years or more in application support or development.
Programming experience (SQL, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript) Advanced.
Ability to learn and work across diverse technologies (e.g., Salesforce, .NET) Intermediate.
Experience with SQL/data querying Intermediate.
Familiarity with APIs and integrations Intermediate, Preferred
Experience with RCA/problem management Intermediate, Preferred

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex incidents across applications and integrations
Perform advanced data analysis and debugging to identify root causes of system issues
Implement configuration changes and light development fixes to resolve issues and improve system performance
Own issues end-to-end, including diagnosis, resolution, validation, and documentation
Identify systemic issues and contribute to long-term solutions and process improvements
Partner with development teams to refine escalations and reduce repeat issues
Contribute to knowledge base improvements and automation opportunities
