Job summary

Centraprise, Corp. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design and implement Journeys, automations, and queries within the Marketing Cloud platform to support multiple lines of business.

You will administer and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications, handle day-to-day email operations, configuration and environments for different lines of business, and oversee integration management and alert monitoring to ensure reliable campaigns.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification or equivalent experience with Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate activities of multiple teams.
• Experience using SOAPUI and Postman.
• Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop new Journeys, automations, and queries on Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support various lines of business.
• Administer and support applications built on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Day-to-day operation support of email functionality, including configuration and environments support for various lines of business.
• Manage integration and alerts monitoring to ensure reliable campaigns.
