The ideal candidate will hold a Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification and have strong SQL, JavaScript, and HTML skills. Excellent communication to coordinate multiple teams is essential.

• Experience in database administration and SQL.

• Experience with REST/SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with SOAPUI and Postman.
• Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices.
• Experience developing Journeys, automations, and queries on Marketing Cloud.
• Administration and support of Salesforce Marketing Cloud apps.
• Day-to-day email operations: environment configuration, integration management, alerts, reporting, renewals, archiving, roles, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop Journeys, automations, and queries on Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support various lines of business.
• Administer and support applications built on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Operate day-to-day email functions including environment setup, integration management, and alerts.
• Monitor email stats and manage web certificates, archiving, and user roles to ensure security and reliability.
• Address risk management and provide ongoing support for Marketing Cloud platforms.

• Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification / experience with Marketing Cloud
• Experience in database administration / excellent SQL
• Excellent communications skills to be able to coordinate activities of multiple teams
