• Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification / experience with Marketing Cloud
• Experience in database administration / excellent SQL
• Excellent communications skills to coordinate activities of multiple teams
• JavaScript / HTML experience, REST/SOAP web services
• Experience using SOAPUI and Postman
• Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices

Responsibilities

• Develop new Journeys, automations, queries on Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support various lines of business
• Administer and support applications built on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Day-to-day operation support of email functionality, including configuration and environments for various lines of business
• Manage integration and alerts monitoring
• Produce email stats reporting for the business
• Oversee web certificate renewals and email archiving
• Configure user roles and security
• Assist with risk management
