Job summary

Accenture seeks a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead end-to-end functional design within a defined workstream of a Salesforce Life Sciences program. You will run requirements sessions, translate business processes into platform solutions, and guide a team of analysts and configurators while partnering with technical leads to ensure delivery.

You will apply Life Sciences domain knowledge to challenge assumptions and shape better solutions, with travel up to 25–100% based on

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience in a functional design, business analysis or solution consulting capacity.
Minimum of 3 years delivering Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences clients or another regulated industry.
Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Life Sciences Patient services experience.
Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Life Sciences experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

Own the functional solution design for a Salesforce Life Sciences program workstream.
Lead design workshops with client business and product owners and translate outcomes into user stories.
Configure Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities and build prototypes for design decisions.
Make day-to-day design decisions and document trade-offs for cross-workstream alignment.
Support estimation, sprint planning, backlog grooming and defect triage with the team.
Coach and review work of analysts, configurators and offshore team members.
Prepare materials for architecture governance and design reviews.
Support testing, data migration, training and deployment activities.
