Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead the functional design of a workstream within a larger Life Sciences program. You will run requirements sessions, translate business processes into platform solutions, and guide a team of functional analysts and configurators through delivery.

You will collaborate with client business owners, product owners and technical leads to shape solutions that meet regulatory and industry needs, including validation of design

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience in a functional design, business analysis or solution consulting capacity.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences clients or another regulated industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Patient services experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Life Sciences experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution design for an assigned workstream within a Salesforce Life Sciences program.
• Lead design workshops with client business and product owners and translate outcomes into user stories and functional specs.
• Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities and build prototypes.
• Make day-to-day design decisions within your domain and escalate cross-workstream issues.
• Partner with technical leads and developers to ensure designs are buildable and support estimation and planning.
• Guide and review the work of functional analysts and offshore team members.
• Contribute to architecture governance and design reviews with standardized approaches.
• Support testing, data migration, training and deployment activities for your workstream.
