Job summary
Coastal is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Solution Architect to own the Life Sciences Cloud for a regulated client. This is a hybrid role: strategic backlog owner, hands-on administrator, and release manager, sitting close to executive stakeholders to shape the roadmap while staying hands-on enough to configure, troubleshoot, and ship.
The right candidate will have extensive Salesforce delivery experience; this is not an entry-level role, but for someone who already knows how the platform
Qualifications
- 5-7 years Salesforce delivery experience.
- Active Salesforce Administrator or equivalent certification required.
- Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud certification and implementation experience.
- Ability to discuss experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Strong communication and independent work capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud roadmap and backlog strategy.
- Perform hands-on administration: objects, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage end-to-end release and delivery activities with agile ceremonies.
- Enable stakeholders through training, documentation, and adoption efforts.
