Job summary

Accenture’s Salesforce practice seeks a senior Data Cloud and AI Architect to design enterprise-scale solutions at the intersection of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Voice AI, and Life Sciences platforms.

You will own end-to-end architecture across Data 360, identity resolution, AI workflows, and CRM integration, while guiding pre-sale through delivery and mentoring teams on governance and quality across programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Salesforce architecture experience across full lifecycle implementations in consulting
• 4+ years of Data Cloud experience with ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and governance
• 1+ year of Agentforce and hands-on experience with AI-powered workflows or Voice AI deployments
• 4+ years of enterprise integration design across CRM, data, marketing and external platforms (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Data Cloud architecture — own end-to-end design of Data Cloud solutions including data model, ingestion strategy, identity resolution, unified profiles
• Agentforce & Voice AI — architect agentic AI solutions for patient services, HCP engagement, and commercial ops
• Data 360 strategy — define customer/patient 360 strategies unifying structured/unstructured data across CRM, EHR, claims, and third-party sources
• CRM integration architecture — design patterns between Data Cloud, Salesforce LSC/Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud and external platforms; govern across workstreams
• Pre-sale solutioning — lead technical responses for RFPs, translate AI/data architectures into client narratives
• Design governance — reviews, standards across delivery teams, manage technical risk
• Team leadership — mentor architects/analysts; drive build quality and delivery standards
• Practice development — contribute reusable architecture patterns and AI use-case frameworks
