Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Salesforce Life Sciences Architect to lead solutioning, architecture, and delivery oversight for Life Sciences pursuits in the US. You will own the technical narrative across RFPs, proposals, and client engagements, and partner with sales to shape pipelines and deals.

You will ensure governance, quality, and risk management across complex programs, mentor delivery teams, and develop reusable assets for Life Sciences across Health Cloud and related clouds.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in the Salesforce ecosystem in consulting or delivery roles.
• Deep Life Sciences industry experience (pharma, biotech, or medical devices).
• Proven solution architecture across Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Demonstrated pre-sales leadership including RFPs, proposals and client-facing solutioning.
• Delivery governance, quality assurance, and risk management in large programs.
• Experience with regulated environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV).
• Active Salesforce certifications (Architect track).

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning, architecture, and estimation for Life Sciences pursuits.
• Own the technical and solution narrative across RFPs, proposals, and orals.
• Partner with sales on pipeline development, qualification, and deal shaping.
• Build SOWs, delivery approaches, and staffing models that are practical.
• Run client discovery workshops and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce relationships in Life Sciences to advance pursuits.
• Provide architectural governance and quality assurance across engagements.
• Mentor delivery architects and leads; resolve cross-engagement issues.
• Grow Life Sciences capability through recruiting and capability planning.
