Job summary

Accenture's Salesforce Life Sciences practice seeks a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead end-to-end functional design for a defined workstream within a larger program. You will run requirements sessions, translate business processes into platform solutions, and collaborate with client owners and technical leads.

You will guide a team of analysts, configure capabilities, document trade-offs, and participate in governance and deployment activities.

Qualifications

3+ years of Salesforce experience in functional design or consulting.
Experience delivering Salesforce Life Sciences solutions for regulated industries.
Deep Life Sciences domain knowledge including patient services and medical affairs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 6+ years if Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

Own the functional solution design for an assigned Salesforce Life Sciences workstream.
Lead design workshops with client owners and translate outcomes into user stories and specs.
Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities, building prototypes and walkthroughs.
Guide and review work of analysts and offshore team members with coaching and quality oversight.
Support testing, data migration and deployment activities and drive user adoption.
