Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, seeks a Salesforce Technical Architect focused on Agentforce to design and deliver compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for clients. You will work with our AI team to architect solutions that drive tangible business value.

You will lead technical design across topics, actions, deployment methods, and data structures while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in a remote/hybrid setting in the United States.

Qualifications

6+ years in application and software development.
4+ years with Salesforce in a development role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS.
Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical details.
Experience with source control and branching/pull request strategies.
Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities

Lead and own the technical solution design for Agentforce.
Deep dive into Agentforce capabilities to drive business outcomes.
Collaborate with customers, PMs, Solution Architects, Developers and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle—from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment.
Stay current with Salesforce products and capabilities.
