Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Salesforce Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership in a global, highly regulated healthcare environment. You will design and implement scalable Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud solutions.

You will mentor engineers, drive SDLC best practices, and govern data sharing, security, and AI-assisted development while collaborating with architects and product owners.

Qualifications

Job description

Senior Salesforce Engineer - Hands-on technical leadership in a global, highly regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud and Sales & Service Cloud.
• Write clean, well-tested, performant code in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL using sound architectural and sharing/security patterns.
• Build and operate Agentforce and Einstein capabilities (agents, prompts, AI-driven workflows) with appropriate guardrails and governance.
• Integrate and model data using Data Cloud to power unified profiles, segmentation, and AI use cases.
• Act as technical lead: set standards, review code, and unblock the team.
• Define and enforce SDLC best practices: version control, CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, release management.
• Mentor engineers via pairing, design reviews, and feedback.
• Partner with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver well-scoped, maintainable solutions.
• Champion platform governance, least-privilege access, auditability, data integrity, and healthcare/pharma regulatory expectations.
• Contribute to validated-systems practices and documentation where applicable.
• Adopt and promote AI-assisted development tooling while maintaining responsible-AI and security standards.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years software engineering with significant Salesforce depth.
• Expert-level Apex, LWC, SOQL; strong understanding of Salesforce data, sharing, and security.
• Strong Salesforce DevOps/CI-CD experience (source-driven development, automated testing, release pipelines).
• Enterprise integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware).
• Excellent communication; collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Regulated industries experience (healthcare/pharma/life sciences) and familiarity with GxP/validated-systems.
• Hands-on AI-assisted coding in professional workflows.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II; Agentforce Specialist).
• Led enterprise repo/branching/CI-CD modernization efforts.
