Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an Associate Director, CRM Development to lead the Salesforce development and manage our GTM technology stack. You will work closely with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The successful candidate will have over 5 years of Salesforce development experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This role offers a base salary range of $130,000—$170,000 USD along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Administration Required.
• Experience in custom objects, flows, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce development including custom objects and automation.
• Design and maintain integrations across the GTM tech stack.
• Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies.
