Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development/advanced administration experience.
• Experience designing scalable data models and modern workflow automations.
• Ability to translate changing business requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Translate evolving commercial strategies into scalable Salesforce architecture and automated flows.
• Own end-to-end CRM architecture with custom objects, complex flows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with DataOps to ingest and map data from Sage and Stripe into Salesforce.
• Lead scoping, testing, and deployment for cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain governance, data validation, and documentation for deployments.
• Audit and optimize the tech stack, coordinating vendor migrations.
• Interface with business leaders to align CRM with evolving commercial models.
