Threecolts LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to translate evolving commercial strategies into scalable CRM architecture and automated flows. You will own end-to-end CRM design, model data, and coordinate with DataOps and core financial systems like Sage and Stripe.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Accounts, Finance, and Operations while ensuring data integrity and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8+ years hands-on Salesforce development/advanced administration experience.
• Led complex cross-functional builds end to end from scoping through build.
• Demonstrated ability designing scalable data models and modern workflow automations.
• Able to translate ambiguous business requirements into elegant technical designs without hand-holding.
• Understands relational databases and event-based tracking, and coordinates schema changes with DataOps.

Aufgaben

• Translate evolving commercial strategies into scalable Salesforce architecture and automated flows.
• Own end-to-end CRM architecture across the full customer lifecycle, including integrations across core systems (Sage, Stripe) and Threecolts Hub.
• Ingest and model data pipelines from core platform and financial systems, ensuring real-time product usage and billing data is reliable.
• Lead technical scoping, build, testing, and deployment for cross-functional initiatives (Sales, Account Management, Finance, Ops).
• Maintain data integrity with validation rules and governance as the commercial model evolves.
• Document architecture, changelogs, and deployment workflows to ensure transparency across engineering and operations.
• Audit the tech stack for cost-reduction opportunities and perform vendor migrations with minimal disruption.
• Contribute to planning, process design, and roadmaps to accelerate team execution.
