Job summary

DREAM is seeking a Donor Database Manager to join its Advancement team. As the primary owner of DREAM’s donor database and fundraising technology, you will ensure systems and data support strategy and growth.

Working closely with Finance, IT, and frontline fundraisers, you will optimize Salesforce, manage gift processing, develop dashboards, and explore automation and AI-enabled tools to improve data quality and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience with CRM administration, including data management, reporting, user access, workflows, integrations, and data quality.
• Experience with gift processing, fundraising revenue operations, reconciliation, or donor data management preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience leveraging automation, AI‑enabled tools, or emerging technology to improve business processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce for Advancement, supporting fundraising strategy and operations.
• Manage Salesforce configuration, users, campaigns, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Oversee data imports/exports, deduplication, governance, and data quality controls.
• Monitor system health, security, performance; coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Train staff on Salesforce, fundraising tech, data standards, and SOPs.
• Develop dashboards and reports for fundraising revenue and goals.
• Lead revenue reconciliation and data quality across platforms.
• Support fundraising events with donor and revenue data management.
