Job summary

Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) is seeking a Manager, Donor Data and Operations, to serve as the primary administrator and SME for Salesforce and related systems. This role ensures data integrity, accurate gift processing, and robust reporting while supporting the fundraising strategy and portfolio optimization.

The manager will lead system enhancements, develop documentation, and coordinate with Finance, Development Operations, and other teams to improve donor stewardship and fundraising

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration/nonprofit CRM experience.
• Experience managing donor data, gifts, and financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Salesforce administrator and SME for fundraising systems.
• Oversee donor data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes.
• Lead gift processing activities, revenue reporting, and audit readiness.
• Develop training materials and deliver Salesforce training to staff.
• Collaborate with Development Ops, Finance, and other stakeholders on system improvements.
