Job summary

Asia Society is seeking a Manager of Development Operations & Stewardship to lead the Salesforce donor database, ensure data integrity, and streamline gift processing and stewardship workflows. You will collaborate with Finance and Development leadership to forecast fundraising activity and drive reporting capabilities across the organization.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and partnering across teams to maximize donors’ engagement and revenue visibility.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Four or more years of related professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM/database system.
• Strong understanding of donor data management, gift processing, reporting, forecasting, stewardship, and Development Operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve business processes and manage complex data.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with executive staff and donors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Development team's Salesforce donor database and related tools.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of donor records, gifts, pledges, campaigns, and stewardship activities.
• Create reports, dashboards, forecasts, and analyses to support frontline fundraisers and leadership.
• Manage donor acknowledgments, pledge reminders, receipts, and related workflows.
• Produce donor segmentations and data outputs for fundraising communications.
• Develop fundraising projections and monitor pipeline activity with the Chief Development Officer.
• Coordinate donor stewardship reports across departments and ensure timely delivery.
• Support gift processing, pledge tracking, receivables management, reconciliation, and revenue reporting with Finance.
