Job summary

FormativGroup seeks an experienced Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings and expand strategic FS accounts across Wealth and Asset Management, Banking, and related markets. You will own the full sales lifecycle, build trusted relationships with Salesforce stakeholders, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to shape and close complex engagements.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, industry knowledge, and delivering profitable growth, with up to 50% travel

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years selling complex technology services to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management or Banking is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting $4–6M annual bookings targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and territory strategies across full sales lifecycle.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing FS accounts.
• Build executive relationships with Salesforce and client stakeholders.
• Lead pursuit strategy with cross-functional teams to close complex engagements.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
