Job summary

The Brixton Group is seeking a motivated Subject Matter Expert for our Salesforce Field Service platform in Benton Harbor, MI. This contract role will bridge business objectives and technology, analyzing complex challenges and designing scalable solutions within the Salesforce Field Service ecosystem.

You will lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training to ensure successful delivery and adoption of key initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in information systems or business analysis.
3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (SFS).
Experience blending business analysis with technical system configuration.
Deep understanding of core field service processes: dispatch, scheduling, work orders, inventory, mobility.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary SME for the Salesforce Field Service platform with technical and functional guidance.
Collaborate with field service, customer service, and other stakeholders to understand needs.
Lead business analysis: capture, document, translate requirements into functional specs and designs.
Design scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service: work orders, scheduling, asset management, mobility.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the platform.
Work with IT teams and partners to deliver integrated solutions.
Develop and execute test plans for new features.
Contribute to strategic roadmap and drive process automation.
Create documentation and provide user training to drive adoption.
