Job summary
Synechron is seeking a Salesforce Feature Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex features within Agile teams in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with Product Owners and engineers to refine requirements and align work with PI objectives while ensuring quality and compliance.
The role demands strong Salesforce expertise, CI/CD experience, and ability to coordinate across multiple teams across platforms and ecosystems. Base salary reflects Charlotte location and benefits.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Visualforce, Apex, and web services expertise with enterprise config.
- Experience with Process Builder, Flow, and Salesforce UI components.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud/Service Cloud integrations and RESTful APIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of features aligned to PI objectives and priorities.
- Coordinate across engineering teams to manage dependencies and risks.
- Ensure code quality, design standards, and integration patterns are followed.
- Support Agile ceremonies and track feature progress and metrics.
- Validate solution readiness, testing, and compliance with security controls.
- Collaborate with architects to align delivery with platform strategy.
